Rock for the Red Cross (Concert on Sale)

Location: Noah's

Rock for the Red Cross is a charity concert to benefit the American Red Cross, towards which 75% of the proceeds will be sent. The bands performing include The Better Life Band, Sophie Stay Alive, and Proving Ground, as well as a special headliner yet to be announced. One member of the audience will win a guitar signed by the headlining band. Come rock for the American Red Cross at:Noahs644 N. 2000 W.Lindon, UTThis is an all ages event that takes place on August 20, 2010 from 5:30 to 11:00pm, though the starting time may change. Experience the Japanese culture and traditions. Do you love spam musubis? Show up no later than 12 noon on August 28 to sign up as a contestant in the spam musubi eating contest. Enjoy cultural demonstrations, displays, entertainment featuring the Kenshin Taiko group, handicrafts, Japanese gift items, kids’ games and story telling, silent auction, calligraphy, and a selection of Japanese food items.Admission is free.
